Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately not! Thats'so is currently only available to be purchased and shipped within the UK.
Can I buy That'so in stores?
Afraid not! We're an exclusively online retailer. You can shop all our products on our website, for UK delivery
Do I have to sign for the delivery?
Nope! None of our shipping methods require a signature. The vast majority of our products are still small enough to be posted through your letterbox, so no missed deliveries!
If you have ordered one of our larger bundles or items, your parcel may be too big to be posted, which means it may be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
We always recommend checking your tracking link for more information on where your item has been left.
Do I get a tracking number for my delivery?
All our shipping methods provide a tracking number!
Both our Tracked 48 and Next Day Delivery options offer a fully tracked service from when your item leaves us, until delivery.
If you do not automatically receive your tracking information within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) please email us at support@thatsotan.com.
If you make your order on a Friday (after 12pm UK time) & you do not receive your tracking information by Tuesday, please email us at support@thatsotan.com.
I haven't received my tracking information, why?
The delivery times stated on our website are a guide, and not a guarantee. These are the time frames advised by our shipping partners, and whilst they do aim to deliver within these, unfortunately they are unable to guarantee this.
During UK National and Bank Holidays, please note that orders will not be dispatched until the next working day.

My delivery is taking longer than stated, why?
We are based in the UK & occasionally, when we deliver outside of the European zones, our deliveries can be subject to customs checks. This means the package might be held by your local customs for a period of time (usually 3 - 5 days). If this is the case, we will chase the order and send out another product to you once the product is 10 days overdue.
Please allow for the full 10 days to pass before contacting us & we will try our best to help you.
In some cases, orders can be held by customs for a much longer period of time - this is out of our control.
Please also note that there will be no shipping on UK national & bank holidays.
THE TRACKING PAGE STATES MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT GOT IT, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! We’re really sorry to hear that you can’t locate your item.
In the rare occurrence that the tracking page states your order was delivered and you can’t find your parcel, we recommend you speak directly with the courier company to ensure your item was not left at a neighbouring property, or in a safe place.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NOTICE MY ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE?
If you find your shipping details are incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can with the correct information. Failure to do so can significantly delay your delivery.
Please try to inform us within 15 minutes of making your order as our turn-around time for dispatch is within this time frame on weekdays before 2pm.
Also, if you do not let us know and the item is returned to us, we cannot be held responsible delivery delays due to missing information or misinformation.

MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you find your email address, telephone number or any other contact details are incorrect, please email us at support@thatsotan.com and we will amend the information for you.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT(S), WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This is extremely rare! These errors do not occur often, but when they do, we are always happy to help!
We will rectify the situation and send out the correct item for you. Just pop us an email with your name & order number at support@thatsotan.com and we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY/BROKEN/DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
On the rare occasion that you receive a broken, faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email.
Unfortunately, sometimes, our items can end up being damaged during transit. We try our best to combat this by using padded envelopes or boxes for larger orders.
Please email us at support@thatsotan.com with proof of damage (e.g. a picture or video of your item) if you have received a faulty or damaged item & we will try our best to help you.
If you do send over proof of damage, in the form of a photo or video, please ensure we can clearly see the fault. If the fault is mechanical, please send a video.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, all our subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this point, if you'd like to cancel, please email support@thatsotan.com.
Product Questions
What is DHA & how does it work?
DHA stands for dihydroxyacetone – the active ingredient in most self-tanning products. Our DHA is produced from sugar cane, a derived active produced by a natural fermentation process, DHA reacts with amino acids in dead skin cells in the surface layer of the skin, a chemical reaction takes place and compounds called melanoidins are formed. These brown pigments colour the skin in a way that mimics a tan.
What is the dha in That'so products made from?
DHA is the product that allows your skin to take on a beautiful golden hue. The DHA in That’so products is 100% natural! More precisely from sugar cane, which gives a more natural result than a synthetic lab created DHA.
Will the self-tan make me look orange?
Erythrulose is an ingredient still used in some self-tanners. It is responsible for the orange tint and can leave spots on the skin. All That’so products are formulated without erythrulose, and instead use a Hyaluronic Acid or MATRIXYL base for hydration.
How long will my self-tanner last?
On average, both the Glam Body Mousse and the On-The-Go Tanning Spray will last for up to 4-5 days.
Both these self-tanners fade naturally so no patchy looking tan!
I’m pregnant, is there any risk in using That’so self-tanning products?
All our products are formulated without any petrochemicals or products that are potentially dangerous to your health.
There is no risk in using our products during pregnancy, but if you have any concerns, please consult with your doctor or health care professional.
I have very sensitive skin, can I use That’so self-tanning products?
All our products are dermatologically tested and contain no allergenic products.
Our products are designed with formulas that respect your skin and the environment.
That’so products don't not contain parabens, sulphates (SLES/SLS), silicones, petrochemicals or other potentially harmful ingredients.
We would always recommend you do a small patch test before applying to the entire body
When is the best time to apply my self-tanner?
We recommend applying your self-tanner in the evening, after showering.
After application, try to avoid getting your skin wet for a minimum of 4 hours, just to give your tan as much time as possible to develop!
Always allow your tan to fully dry before dressing or getting in to bed, if you're allowing your tan to develop overnight.
How do I prepare my skin before applying my self-tanner?
It's always best to apply your tan to exfoliated and hair-free skin where possible,
We have our That'so Tan Extender Scrub and Luxury Tanning Mitt, which are great for getting the skin prepped.
Make sure the skin is free from any other products (except for elbows, ankles, wrists and knees, which might need a bit of a light moisturiser before application) and apply your self-tanning product!
How to use our double-sided Luxury Tanning Mitt?
For an even and flawless application of your self-tanner, we recommend using our Luxury Tanning Mitt!
A dual-sided glove, which makes application a breeze: an exfoliating side to gently prep the skin for application, and a soft velvet side for easy application.
How to get the best results with That'so On-The-Go spray?
For best results, either spray directly on the skin in a continuous and uniform motion, keeping the spray about 30 cm from the skin or spray onto the That’so Luxury Tanning Mitt and apply to the skin in smooth strokes.
How to get the best results with That'so Glam Body Mousse?
Shake before use and apply the product evenly using the That’so Luxury Tanning Mitt!
How to use the That'so Sublime Tanning Drops?
Designed to give you maximum control over your tan intensity.
Depending on the intensity of your desired glow, mix 2-5 drops with your usual moisturiser. Apply to your cleansed face, neck and décolleté.
For even more intense results apply the drops directly, without mixing them with your moisturiser! After use, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid staining.
How to get best results with That'so Face-Up Beauty Filter Spray?
For best results use with our That'So HD Face Brush
STEP 1 : Shake the bottle thoroughly.
STEP 2: Spray on the That'So HD Face Brush directly then lightly apply to the face, blending using the brush.
STEP 3: Let the product dry.
STEP 4: Reapply if more coverage is needed.
What is the beauty filter effect?
All the Face-Up Foundations include the Beauty Filter technology, which blurs and filters skin for flawless finish!
